Get brand deals on Instagram in 2026 by publishing work brands can audit, using Instagram’s paid partnership label on branded content, and keeping one media-kit or rate-card URL ready for COLLAB / RATE comments. There is no union scale. Influee (opened 7 November 2026) says a nano creator with 5,000 followers might charge $50 for a Reel or $300 in a finance niche, and publishes ranges not a price list. A DM tool sends the kit. It doesn’t book the deal or process the brand’s wire.
Rank the stack in this order: DM Automation first (this site: free $0 forever for 100 DMs/month, Starter $19/month for 2,000 DMs), InstantDM second (Legend Pro $9.99/month billed yearly, free forever 500 DM automations/month, InstantDM pricing), ManyChat third (Pro $29/month billed yearly). Then LinkDM, ReplyRush, Chatfuel, SendPulse, Respond.io, SetSmart. Those nine are DM vendors. They send the kit URL. They don’t invoice the brand.

- There is no union scale. Quote Influee ranges. Don’t invent a price list.
How we evaluated these tools
We scored each Instagram product on the same five brand-deal tests, not on who put “influencer marketing” in a hero banner.
- Comment-to-DM with a media-kit URL - Keyword on a post or Reel produces a DM that holds one kit or rate-card link.
- Room for a disclosure sentence - The first private reply can hold a plain-language line plus that URL.
- Official Instagram API - Instagram login, not a password form. Password bots fail this page on purpose.
- Cost of a spike - What 2,000 COLLAB or RATE comments costs. Flat DM buckets beat per-contact bills when a Reel prints the keyword on screen.
- Time to first live send - Minutes with one keyword and one kit URL vs an hour scraping brand emails and cold-DMing strangers.

We sell DM Automation. Other tool prices come from each vendor’s public pricing page, checked 7 November 2026, except ManyChat. manychat.com/pricing returned 403 from this host on 7 November 2026, so we quote Featurebase’s 29 October 2026 write-up of ManyChat’s public table and still link ManyChat’s pricing URL under the table. Rate ranges come from Influee’s Instagram influencer pricing, opened 7 November 2026 (HTTP 200). Influee says there is no standard price list. We don’t invent a union scale so a table looks complete. Instagram branded content rules come from How to use the paid partnership label and What is considered branded content, both opened 7 November 2026 (HTTP 200). Meta private-reply rules come from Send a Private Reply to a Commenter, opened 7 November 2026.

What is a brand deal vs an affiliate link?
A brand deal is paid partnership. Money, product, usage rights, or another exchange of value for content a business partner influences. An affiliate link is commission after a tracked click. Different money path. Different page.
Instagram’s branded content help (opened 7 November 2026) defines branded content as a creator or publisher’s content that features or is influenced by a business partner for an exchange of value. That includes monetary payment and free gifts. The paid partnership label is the platform tool for that post. Affiliate disclosure is a related job. It’s not this job. Use Instagram affiliate disclosure when the URL is an Associates, LTK, or ShopMy hop. Use Affiliate programs for Instagram when you’re picking a network. Stay here when a brand is paying you, gifting you, or trading usage rights for a Reel, Story, or carousel.
I sat with a food creator who treated every seeded jar as “just a gift, so no label.” She posted the recipe, buried #ad under twelve hashtags, and sent a ShopMy URL in the DM. The brand had paid her $400 for the Reel. That’s a brand deal. The affiliate hop was a second money path on the same video. Two jobs. She needed the paid partnership label on the Reel and a kit URL for the next inbound COLLAB, not a pretend that gifts don’t count.
Brand deal signals I actually see:
- A brief in email or DM: deliverables, due date, usage window, fee.
- A gifted product with a required posting date.
- A usage-rights ask: they want the Reel on their ads for 90 days.
- A flat fee, a retainer, or a deposit before you shoot.
Affiliate signals:
- You generated the URL. Nobody briefed you.
- You get paid if a shopper buys, not because you posted.
- The network, not the brand’s finance team, sends the payout.
You can have both on one post. Label the branded content. Disclose the affiliate hop in the DM if that URL is in the thread. Don’t collapse them into “I posted a product so I am an affiliate now.”
A DM tool still only sends a URL. For a brand deal that URL is the media kit or rate card. For an affiliate post that URL is the tracked hop. Same mechanic. Different destination. How many links in an Instagram DM still says one URL in the first private reply.
There is no union scale for either path. Influee publishes ranges, not a price list. Affiliate networks publish their own commission tables. Mixing those numbers into one “what I charge” screenshot is how you look unserious in the first call.
What does Instagram require for branded content?
Instagram requires the paid partnership label when you post branded content. That’s Instagram’s sentence, not mine. Help article: How to use the paid partnership label, opened 7 November 2026 (HTTP 200).
Turn branded content tools on first. Profile, menu, Creator or Business tools, Branded content. Then tag the partner when you publish. A spoken “paid” in second 14 of a muted Reel is not the label. A hashtag under a pile of product tags is not the label. A bio line the commenter never opens is not the label.
What counts as branded content: What is considered branded content, opened 7 November 2026 (HTTP 200). Content that features or is influenced by a business partner for an exchange of value. Money. Product. Free gifts. If the brand asked for the post, it is branded content. If they sent the dress and a shot list, it is branded content. If you made the Reel on your own and later dropped an affiliate hop, that is the disclosure page, not a reason to skip the label on a paid brief.
I’m not your lawyer. Platform labels don’t automatically satisfy every advertising rule in every country. If you publish in the US, read the FTC Endorsement Guides on your own time. This page cites Instagram’s help articles because those are the URLs I opened on 7 November 2026.
Practical sequence I use on every collab Reel:
- Switch the account to Creator or Business if it’s still personal. Official apps need it. Do you need Meta Verified for DM links? covers the badge vs the professional account. You don’t buy Meta Verified to send a kit URL.
- Enable branded content tools.
- Shoot the work. Put the partnership on screen long enough to read if the video plays muted.
- Publish with the paid partnership label and the brand tagged.
- Print COLLAB or RATE on screen. Caption repeats the keyword.
- First DM: one kit URL, plus a sentence if the thread also holds a commercial hop.
The private reply window is 7 days from the comment, except Instagram Live, where replies can only be sent during the live broadcast. Source: Send a Private Reply to a Commenter, opened 7 November 2026. If a brand comments RATE on Tuesday and you wait until the next month, the automation won’t save you. Human follow-up after they reply lives in the 24-hour messaging window. Don’t mix those clocks.
A comment-to-DM tool doesn’t apply the paid partnership label. You apply it in Instagram. The tool sends the kit after someone already raised a hand. If you skip the label and automate the kit, you still skipped the label.
What belongs in a media kit?
A media kit is a 1-4 page PDF or a Notion URL with who you are, audience geo and age if you have it, three content samples, deliverables, a rate or starting range, and a contact email. One URL in the first DM. Not four.
I keep seeing 18-page decks with mood boards, a poem about “community,” and no rate. Brands don’t read poems. They audit whether you can shoot the thing they need, whether your audience matches the brief, and whether your number is in the same zip code as their budget.
Put these on the page, in this order:
- Who you are. Name, handle, one-line niche. “I film weeknight cooking for renters in the US,” not “lifestyle storyteller.”
- Audience, if you have it. Geo, age bands, language. Instagram Insights on a professional account. If you don’t have it yet, say so. Don’t invent 80% US when Insights says 40%.
- Three samples. Links to Reels or posts that already look like the niche you want paid for. A brand that sells running shoes should not have to scroll past your vacation dumps to find a run.
- Deliverables. Reel, Story, carousel, usage rights window, revisions. Write the unit. “One Reel, two Stories, 30-day organic usage, no paid ads unless we add a fee.”
- Rate or starting range. A number or a band. Cite Influee as context, not as a guarantee. “Reels from $150. Usage extra.” If you’re nano, say you’re nano. There is no union scale.
- Contact email. A real inbox you check. Not a Linktree with twelve buttons.
Optional, only if true:
- Past brand names you actually posted for, with the paid partnership label still on those posts.
- Average views on the last 10 Reels in that niche, not your one viral outlier.
- A deposit URL if you take a retainer before you shoot. Host that on Stripe or PayPal. The DM tool can send that URL later, after they reply. Stripe or PayPal process the card. The kit URL in the opener is still the kit.
What I leave out:
- Follower counts as the whole pitch. Brands can see the count. They can’t see your samples unless you put them in the kit.
- A screenshot of someone else’s rate card.
- Four checkout links, a podcast, and a newsletter in the same PDF.
- Legal templates you copied from a thread and can’t explain.
Host it where the URL stays stable. Google Drive that asks for permission in the in-app browser will kill the tap. Notion on public, a PDF on your site, or a simple landing page. One URL. How many links in an Instagram DM.
Update it when your work changes, not every Monday. A kit with three stale samples is worse than a one-pager with last month’s Reel.
How much do brand deals pay on Instagram in 2026?
They pay whatever you and the brand agree. There is no union scale. Influee opened 7 November 2026 (HTTP 200) at influee.co/blog/instagram-influencer-pricing and says there is no standard price list. A nano creator with 5,000 followers might charge $50 for a Reel. Another in finance might charge $300 for the same format. Those are ranges, not a promise.
I won’t invent a “creators make $X per 1,000 followers” sticker so this section looks tidy. I will quote Influee’s published bands, dated 7 November 2026, and tell you they are not guarantees.
| Tier | Followers | Post | Reel | Story | Carousel |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nano | 1K-10K | $25-$150 | $50-$300 | $15-$75 | $35-$200 |
| Micro | 10K-100K | $250-$5,000 | $750-$5,000 | $125-$1,000 | $300-$3,000 |
| Mid-tier | 100K-500K | $1,600-$10,000 | $2,500-$15,000 | $500-$3,000 | $2,000-$10,000 |
| Macro | 500K-1M | $5,000-$25,000 | $10,000-$50,000 | $2,000-$10,000 | $5,000-$20,000 |
| Mega | 1M+ | $10,000-$50,000+ | $25,000-$75,000+ | (not a single sticker on that page) | (not a single sticker on that page) |
Source: Influee, opened 7 November 2026. Don’t treat these as guarantees. Niche moves the number inside the band. Finance, software, and insurance sit higher than a seeded snack. A Reel with usage rights for paid ads is not the same SKU as an organic Story. A 90-day whitelisting fee is extra. If the brief asks for exclusivity in your niche for 60 days, that’s extra too.
How I use the table in a kit:
- Pick the row that matches your public follower count, not the row you want.
- Pick the format they asked for.
- Quote the low end only if you need the logo. Quote the middle if you have samples in that niche. Quote above the band only if you can show why (usage, exclusivity, a proven conversion story you can document).
- Write “starting at” if you haven’t closed three deals yet.
I’ve watched a nano creator paste “$5,000 per Reel” into a RATE reply because a screenshot on another site used a macro row. The brand stopped answering. She then underquoted the next three briefs at $40 with full usage. Both mistakes come from treating a range table as a union card.
Don’t mix affiliate commission into the brand-deal number. Amazon paying 1% to 10% on a category is a different contract. LTK’s published averages are a different contract. Those pages are linked above. This page is the paid-partnership job.
The DM tool doesn’t set your rate. It sends the URL that holds the rate. If you put “$50 Reels” in the kit and then negotiate $300 because the brand is in finance, you update the next kit. You don’t need a new vendor for that.
How do you pitch without cold-DMing strangers?
You pitch with work already on the grid, then you answer inbound. You don’t scrape brand emails and cold-DM strangers with a password bot.
The public post is the pitch. If you want skincare deals, the last 12 Reels should look like skincare a brand can audit. If you want running deals, stop leading with brunch. I say this because I keep opening accounts where the kit says “outdoor” and the grid is three years of indoor unboxings.
Inbound paths that actually convert for me:
- A brand already comments. Reply like a person. If they asked for rates, send the kit URL. If they asked a product question, answer the question. Don’t auto-send a rate card to every “love this” comment.
- COLLAB or RATE printed on a Reel that already looks like the niche. People who comment that word get the kit. That’s the automation job. Setup: Comment-to-DM automation.
- A brand tags you or replies to a story. Human first. The kit can follow if they ask.
- You reply on the brand’s post where you already have a relationship. A comment on their latest Reel, public, with a useful note, not “collab?” under 400 other collab comments.
What I don’t do:
- Buy a list of brand emails and fire a sequence from a tool that asked for my Instagram password.
- DM every beauty account with 10K followers “hey I’d love to collaborate.”
- Run two official senders on one account. Two Instagram DM tools on the same account.
- Treat a view as a trigger. Views are not comments. Cold DMs to people who watched a Reel are the restriction path I actually see. Is Instagram DM automation safe? and We suspect automated behavior.
A password bot can’t book a brand deal. It can restrict the account you needed for the deal. Official API tools talk to people who already commented, replied to a story, or opened the thread. Meta’s rules live in the Instagram messaging docs. A Business or Creator account is required.
If you have zero inbound, the fix is the grid, not a scraper. Post the work. Label the work you already got paid for so the next brand can see you know the tool. Put COLLAB on screen once you have a kit URL worth sending.
Coaches who want BOOK instead of COLLAB still belong on the coaches page. Lead magnets still belong on the lead-generation page. Paid Click-to-DM ads that send people into a thread are a media buy, not a pitch. Stay on inbound collab comments here.
How does comment-to-DM fit a brand deal?
Comment-to-DM sends the media-kit URL after someone comments COLLAB, RATE, KIT, or the word you printed on screen. That’s the whole automation job. It doesn’t book the deal. It doesn’t process the brand’s wire.
Flow I run:
- Professional account. Branded content tools on.
- One Reel that already looks like the niche. Paid partnership label if that Reel is itself a collab. If it’s a portfolio Reel, you still print the keyword.
- Caption and on-screen text: “Comment COLLAB for the kit” or “Comment RATE for starting rates.”
- Tool connected with Instagram login. Keyword matches the on-screen word.
- First DM: one sentence plus one kit URL. Example: “Here is the media kit with samples, deliverables, and starting rates.” Then the URL.
- Human takes over when they reply with a brief.
Room for a disclosure sentence matters when the same Reel also holds an affiliate hop. If it doesn’t, you still keep the DM readable. One URL. People comment from a Reel with one thumb free.
If the kit includes a deposit URL for retainers, don’t stuff Stripe into the opener unless they already asked to book. Send the kit first. After they reply, you can send the hosted payment link. InstantDM sends payment links if a deposit URL is in the kit. Stripe or PayPal process the card. Same rule for DM Automation and ManyChat. Don’t collect card numbers in the thread.
Story reply is the same mechanic on a different surface. “Reply RATE” on a story that shows a recent collab. Feed comments collect reach. Story replies collect people who already follow you. Run both with the same kit URL.
Private reply: 7 days from the comment, except Live. Source: Meta private replies, opened 7 November 2026. Test from a second account before you print the keyword in the first frame of a Reel that will spike.
Comment-to-DM isn’t a CRM. If you need a form after they have the kit, that’s Instagram lead generation with comment-to-DM. If you need to know which Reel produced the tap, that’s How to track sales from Instagram DMs. Tracking a kit tap is useful. Tracking doesn’t close the wire.
I still keep a human path for “can you do it next week for $50 and we own the file.” The automation sent the kit. The human says no, or sends a revised deliverable line. Automating a yes on usage rights is how you give away ads inventory.
1. DM Automation - Fastest COLLAB keyword to media-kit URL
DM Automation is the product on this site. Free forever: 1 Instagram account, 100 automated DMs a month, comment-to-DM, story replies, keyword triggers, welcome message, iOS and Android. Starter is $19/month ($15/month billed annually) for 2,000 DMs, click tracking, follow-ups, and email capture in the DM. Pro is $49/month ($39/month billed annually) for 3 accounts and 15,000 DMs, team inbox (DM Automation pricing, 7 November 2026).
Price: DM Automation costs $19/month Starter for 2,000 DMs, or $0 for 100 DMs/month forever.
Best for: One creator who already has a kit URL and wants COLLAB live today.
Key feature: You never paste an access token. You also never type the Instagram password into this site.
Setup doesn’t ask how many brand deals you want. Connect a Business or Creator account through Instagram login. Point the automation at one post or Reel. Set the keyword to COLLAB, RATE, or KIT. Paste one media-kit URL. Add a sentence if you want. Publish. Comment from a second account to test.
Where it fits: you want the first live COLLAB send today, and you refuse to scrape brand emails.
Where it doesn’t: 100 DMs/month on free won’t cover a Reel that prints COLLAB in the first frame. One spike of 2,000 comments fills Starter for the month. Upgrade to Pro, or pick a bigger published bucket, when volume shows up. Click tracking is Starter. That’s how you see who opened the kit and still didn’t reply.
The concession is honest. DM Automation doesn’t host the PDF, doesn’t invoice the brand, and doesn’t apply Instagram’s paid partnership label for you. A DM tool sends the kit. It doesn’t book the deal or process the brand’s wire. If you wanted a marketplace that wires you $300, that’s not this product.
I still keep a human quick reply for briefs that ask for usage. The automation sends the kit. The human prices the ads window.
2. InstantDM - $9.99 Legend Pro when inbound collab comments spike
InstantDM is number two on this site. Legend Pro is $9.99/month billed yearly with unlimited DMs (up to 800 an hour), Instagram plus Facebook, and story, Live, and next-post triggers. Trendsetter is $24.99/month billed yearly for the flow editor, Meta Ads, API, and webhooks. Trendsetter Pro is $49.99/month billed yearly. Multi Starter is $160/year for 3 accounts. Multi Pro is $990/year for 10. Free plan is 500 DM automations/month with no card. Paid plans include a 7-day trial (instantdm.com/pricing, 7 November 2026).
Price: InstantDM costs $9.99/month billed yearly for Legend Pro.
Best for: Creators who already know COLLAB works and want a flat yearly bill when a Reel spikes.
Key feature: Comment automation and story replies on a published flat plan. You still write the disclosure sentence. You still host the kit.
InstantDM connects with Instagram login. The pricing page lists comment automation, story replies, and email capture. It doesn’t list “we negotiate your brand fee.” That matches how the inbox actually behaves.
Where it fits: the keyword is proven, 500 free DMs is enough to test RATE on a story, and you don’t want a contact meter after a spike.
Where it doesn’t: you need WhatsApp in the same canvas as Instagram. That’s ManyChat’s lane, third on this page. InstantDM is also not your merchant of record. If the kit later holds a deposit URL, InstantDM can send that payment link. Stripe or PayPal process the card. Don’t open a vendor ticket because a Payment Link failed 3D Secure.
A no-card test: InstantDM Free is 500 automations. That’s larger than DM Automation’s free 100. Use that if you are testing COLLAB and RATE before you pay.
If three talent accounts all need one COLLAB keyword each, Multi Starter at $160/year is the published 3-account number.
3. ManyChat - Pro $29/month if the brand already lives on WhatsApp
ManyChat is number three. Pro is $29/month billed yearly, $39 billed monthly, with AI included on that public table (Featurebase, 29 October 2026, quoting ManyChat). Free is 25 active contacts. Source: ManyChat pricing. manychat.com/pricing returned 403 from this host on 7 November 2026.
Price: ManyChat Pro costs $29/month billed yearly.
Best for: Teams that already run WhatsApp in ManyChat and also need an Instagram comment-to-DM that can send a kit URL.
Key feature: Multi-channel flows. The cost is contacts that stay on the bill after the Reel dies.
ManyChat can send a comment-to-DM URL on Instagram. It also runs WhatsApp. People buy it when the brand already lives on WhatsApp and Instagram is the second door. The canvas can hold buttons. The first Instagram private reply still works better as one kit URL.
Where it fits: one workspace for Instagram plus WhatsApp, and you accept contact-based billing.
Where it doesn’t: a single COLLAB keyword on one Reel. Contact tiers punish a spike. A 500k-view Reel can fill the contact bucket long after the video dies. Volume-based tools (DM Automation, LinkDM) meter sends, not every person who ever commented.
ManyChat doesn’t replace a professional account. Connect Creator or Business first. ManyChat doesn’t apply the paid partnership label. You still do that in Instagram.
4. LinkDM - Pro $19/month when COLLAB volume is the problem
LinkDM Free is $0 for 1,000 DMs/month on 1 account. Story automation is on Free. Comment auto-reply is Pro. Pro is $19/month for 3 accounts and 25,000 DMs. Platinum+ is $99/month for 10 accounts and 300,000 DMs (linkdm.com/pricing, 7 November 2026).
Price: LinkDM costs $19/month for Pro.
If your job is a high-comment COLLAB Reel, Pro is the row. Free will send story replies and starve the comment trigger.
Don’t confuse the product name with “put every URL in the kit DM.” LinkDM sends a link. One kit URL is enough.
Where it fits: you already have the Notion or PDF URL. You need the private replies. Where it doesn’t: Free won’t comment-to-DM.
5. ReplyRush - Lite $10/month as the lowest paid start
ReplyRush Free is $0. Lite is $10/month. Boost is $25/month. MAX is $100/month (replyrush.com/pricing, 7 November 2026). Free includes 1,500 DMs and doesn’t include comment auto-reply. Comment-to-DM lives on paid plans. Lite lists 7,500 DMs/month with comment auto reply.
Price: ReplyRush costs $10/month for Lite.
Where it fits: you want the cheapest paid comment trigger and you’ll live with a smaller brand.
Where it doesn’t: you thought Free would fire COLLAB on a Reel. It won’t.
I wouldn’t put ReplyRush branding next to a $15,000 mid-tier kit if the footer bothers the brand. Buy Boost if that’s your problem. Most nano kits don’t care.
6. Chatfuel - Business S US$18/month yearly
Chatfuel Business S is US$18/month billed yearly (US$216/year) with US$20 AI credits per month included on that card. Trial, no card (chatfuel.com/pricing, 7 November 2026).
Price: Chatfuel Business S costs US$18/month billed yearly.
Chatfuel is a canvas. FAQ after the kit, usage questions, a bot that talks. The first URL still goes in a private reply. Buttons are for the conversation, not for dumping four PDFs into the opener.
Where it fits: the DM has to answer three questions before the kit.
Where it doesn’t: you only needed one sentence and one link. AI that invents a rate is how you lock in $50 when the brief was finance.
7. SendPulse - Email suite that also talks to Instagram
SendPulse prices live on sendpulse.com/pricing. It’s an email-first suite with an Instagram module. Use it when you already pay SendPulse for newsletters and want the same vendor on the COLLAB comment. Don’t start here for a single kit keyword.
A brand-deal kit is not a newsletter. If you capture emails after they tap the kit, that’s a second job. Grow a newsletter with Instagram is adjacent. This page still sends the kit.
8. Respond.io - Starter $79/month for inbox teams
Respond.io Starter is $79/month billed yearly (respond.io/pricing, 7 November 2026). That page lists Starter $79/mo, Growth $159/mo, Advanced $279/mo, and a free 7-day trial. Inbox-first, multi-channel. Agencies that already live in a shared inbox pick it. A creator with one RATE keyword doesn’t.
Where it fits: talent managers who need assignment, not a keyword toy.
Where it doesn’t: you are one person and the kit is a Notion URL.
9. SetSmart - Light $25/month, Pro $97/month
SetSmart Light is $25/month. Pro is $97/month with a 7-day trial. Light had no trial on the public page we used 7 November 2026 (setsmart.io/pricing). AI conversation product. Fine if you wanted an agent to talk through deliverables. Wrong default if you wanted one kit URL after one comment.
Where it fits: you already decided you want an AI conversation, not a keyword.
Where it doesn’t: a nano creator sending a three-page PDF. An agent that invents usage rights is worse than silence.
Common mistakes
Mistake 1: Treating affiliate commission as a brand deal. Different money path. Label paid partnership when it is branded content. Disclose the hop when the URL is affiliate. Don’t skip the kit because you have an Associates account.
Mistake 2: No paid partnership label. Instagram says you must use it when you post branded content. Help articles opened 7 November 2026. A hashtag pile is not the label.
Mistake 3: No media kit URL. Typing rates in public comments trains bargain hunters and leaves no samples. One URL in the first DM.
Mistake 4: Inventing a union scale. Influee publishes ranges and says there is no standard price list. A nano with 5,000 followers might charge $50 for a Reel or $300 in finance. Quote a range. Don’t screenshot a macro row.
Mistake 5: Cold-DMing strangers with a password bot. Inbound COLLAB is the automation job. Scraped emails are how accounts get restricted.
Mistake 6: Four URLs in the opener. Kit, deposit, calendar, and a merch shop. People tap none. Cut to one.
Mistake 7: LinkDM Free or ReplyRush Free for comments. Comment auto-reply is paid on those two.
Mistake 8: Personal account. Official apps need Creator or Business. Meta Verified is not the requirement.
Mistake 9: Mixing the 7-day private-reply clock with the 24-hour messaging window. Private reply: 7 days from the comment, except Live. Human follow-up after they reply: 24-hour window.
Mistake 10: Collecting wires in the inbox. If you take a deposit, send a Stripe or PayPal URL. The tool sends the link. Stripe or PayPal process.
Mistake 11: Two tools on one account.
Mistake 12: Printing COLLAB on a grid that doesn’t match the niche. The post is the pitch. The keyword only delivers the kit.
Mistake 13: Automating a yes on usage rights. Human for ads windows, exclusivity, and “we own the file.”
Mistake 14: Stale samples. Three Reels from 2023 in a 2026 kit. Brands audit the work, not the PDF theme.
Mistake 15: Waiting until the 7-day window closes. If RATE comments die in Requests, you didn’t have a brand-deal problem. You had an inbox problem.
Who should use which stack
- One creator, one COLLAB keyword, one kit URL: DM Automation Starter or InstantDM Legend Pro.
- Testing this weekend: DM Automation Free (100 DMs) or a 500-DM free plan before you pay.
- WhatsApp-heavy talent roster: ManyChat third.
- High comment volume, kit already in hand: LinkDM Pro $19/month.
- Cheapest paid comment trigger: ReplyRush Lite $10/month.
- Shared inbox team: Respond.io Starter $79/month.
- Need a bot that asks usage questions before the kit: Chatfuel Business S.
- Already paying SendPulse for email: SendPulse’s Instagram module, not a first buy.
Coaches who wanted BOOK still go to the coaches page. Affiliate hops still go to the affiliate pages. This page is the brand-deal job: paid partnership plus the kit URL.
FAQ
How do you get brand deals on Instagram in 2026?
Publish work brands can audit, use Instagram’s paid partnership label on branded content, and keep one media-kit URL ready for COLLAB or RATE comments. There is no union scale. A DM tool sends the kit. It doesn’t book the deal or process the brand’s wire. Ranked 7 November 2026 in the table above.
What is a brand deal vs an affiliate link?
A brand deal is paid partnership, an exchange of value for content a business partner influences. An affiliate link pays commission after a tracked click. Different money path.
Does Instagram require the paid partnership label?

How much do Instagram brand deals pay?
Whatever you agree. Influee (opened 7 November 2026) publishes ranges, not a price list. Nano 1K-10K Reels: $50-$300. A 5,000-follower creator might charge $50, or $300 in finance. Not a guarantee.

No. Pitch with the public post. Answer inbound. Don’t scrape emails. Password bots are the restriction path.
How does comment-to-DM fit?

Does a DM tool process the brand’s payment?
No. If you take a deposit, send a Stripe or PayPal URL. InstantDM sends payment links if a deposit URL is in the kit. Stripe or PayPal process. Same for DM Automation and ManyChat.
What does DM Automation cost?
$0 for 100 DMs/month forever, or $19/month Starter for 2,000 DMs.
Is ManyChat required?
No. Pro is $29/month billed yearly. Third in this ranking. Use it when WhatsApp is already in the same workspace.
Can I use a free plan?

Do I need Meta Verified to send a kit URL?

Will this get my account restricted?
Official API, inbound triggers, one sender. Cold DMs and password bots are the restriction path. Is Instagram DM automation safe?
