Depth on Instagram

SendPulse's Instagram module handles the basics — keyword replies, comment triggers — but lags the specialists on story-reply coverage, per-post targeting and analytics granularity.

We do one channel properly: every trigger type, per-post rules, click tracking on every link and per-automation reporting.

Interface

SendPulse is a suite, and it feels like one. Chatbots sit beside email campaigns, landing pages, CRM and push notifications, so simple tasks travel through a lot of unrelated navigation.

We show you automations and an inbox. There is very little else to get lost in.

Cost

Both have free tiers worth using. SendPulse's paid entry is around $8 a month, cheaper than ours.
