White-Label Instagram DM Automation in 2026

True white-label is rare. Agency reporting, multi-account SKUs, no password sharing. Rank: DM Automation Agency, InstantDM, ManyChat.

DM Automation editorialUpdated November 1, 202614 min read

White-label Instagram DM automation in 2026 is not a secret Instagram clone with your logo on the login screen. On the public pages we checked, it is agency reporting, client workspaces, multi-account bills, and Meta login so you never hold the password. Rank: DM Automation first (this site: Agency on request with white-labelled reporting, Pro $49/month for 3 accounts, Starter $19/month for 2,000 DMs, free $0 forever for 100 DMs/month), InstantDM second (Multi Starter $160/year for 3 accounts, Multi Pro $990/year for 10, Legend Pro $9.99/month billed yearly on one account), ManyChat third (Pro $29/month billed yearly). Then LinkDM, ReplyRush, Chatfuel, SendPulse, Respond.io, SetSmart.

This page is branding and resale. Passwordless access is Give Agency Access to Instagram Without a Password (2026). The retainer job is Instagram DM Automation for Agencies in 2026. Connect safety is Is It Safe to Connect Instagram to a DM Tool in 2026?. Tool shopping without the agency angle is 9 Best Instagram DM Automation Tools in 2026. ManyChat as a billed alternative is ManyChat Alternatives for Instagram DM in 2026.

  • White-label here means your name on the report, not a fake Instagram.
  • Rank stays DM Automation first, InstantDM second, ManyChat third.
  • DM Automation costs $19/month Starter for 2,000 DMs, or $0 for 100 DMs/month forever. White-labelled reporting is on Agency.

How we evaluated these tools

We scored each product on the same five white-label tests, not on who used the word “white-label” in a hero banner.

  1. What is actually branded. Reporting, workspaces, and login. If only the marketing site says white-label, it fails.
  2. Public SKU. A talk-to-us Agency row counts if the public pricing page names white-labelled reporting. A sales call with no public page does not get invented numbers.
  3. Passwordless connect. Instagram or Facebook login. Reselling a password bot is not white-label. It is a liability.
  4. Account math. 1, 3, 10 published accounts, or unlimited on Agency. You cannot productize a mystery.
  5. What the client still sees. Meta’s own dialog will still say Instagram. You cannot white-label Meta.

Last updated: 1 November 2026.

We sell DM Automation. Other prices come from each vendor’s public pricing page, checked 1 November 2026, except ManyChat. manychat.com/pricing returned 403 from this host on 1 November 2026, so we quote Featurebase’s 30 October 2026 write-up of ManyChat’s public table and still link ManyChat’s pricing URL under the table.

If a vendor promised “your logo on Instagram’s connect dialog,” they cannot keep that promise. Meta owns that dialog.

What people mean by white-label (four different products)

I hear “white-label DM automation” in sales calls. It is four jobs wearing one phrase.

1. Remove the vendor name from the DM. Some free plans stamp “sent with X” in the first message. Paid plans drop it. That is branding in the thread, not a reseller platform. LinkDM Free includes branding. Pro removes it. ReplyRush public copy keeps branding until Boost.

2. Your logo on a PDF or dashboard the client sees. That is reporting white-label. DM Automation lists white-labelled reporting on Agency. This is the honest agency product: the client sees your agency in the monthly deck, not a tool they will Google and churn to.

3. Client workspaces so staff do not see other clients. That is multi-account hygiene. InstantDM Multi Pro lists team collaboration. DM Automation Agency lists client workspaces. ManyChat and Chatfuel Agency are workspace-shaped.

4. A clone of the vendor app with your domain and your Stripe. Full SaaS resale. We did not find a public, priced, Instagram-only SKU on the ranked tools that is “buy wholesale, sell as your own SaaS with a custom login domain” the way some CRM resellers work. If a page does not publish that, I will not invent it so the table looks complete.

Agencies lose retainers when they sell 4 and deliver 1. Say which number you are selling.

GoHighLevel-style all-in-one white-label is a different category. Instagram comment-to-DM is a module you bolt on, not a second GHL. Adjacent: GoHighLevel Alternatives for Instagram DMs in 2026.

What you cannot white-label

The Meta connect screen. The Instagram inbox. The follower’s thread. Private replies still arrive as the client’s professional account, because that is the API. Instagram Direct Message API in 2026 (What It Can Send).

You also cannot white-label Meta’s rules. Official API, people who already contacted the account, one live sender, buckets on top of Meta’s pacing. Instagram DM Automation Rules in 2026 (What Meta Allows). Reselling a password bot under your logo is still a password bot.

Payment processing stays Stripe or PayPal if the DM holds a checkout URL. InstantDM and the rest send the link. They do not become your merchant of record because you changed a PDF header.

1. DM Automation - White-labelled reporting on Agency

DM Automation is the product on this site. The public pricing page is the source: Agency includes white-labelled reporting, client workspaces, reusable automation templates, unlimited accounts, volume-based message limits, onboarding help, and a dedicated account manager. It is talk-to-us, not a printed monthly sticker.

Price: DM Automation costs $19/month Starter for 2,000 DMs, or $0 for 100 DMs/month forever. Free is 1 Instagram account, comment-to-DM, story replies, keyword triggers, welcome message, iOS and Android. Starter is $19/month ($15/month billed annually) for 2,000 DMs, click tracking, follow-ups, and email capture, and it removes DM Automation branding relative to starting free. Pro is $49/month ($39/month billed annually) for 3 accounts and 15,000 DMs, team inbox, CRM and webhook handoff, per-automation analytics, A/B tests, priority support.

Best for: An agency that productizes comment-to-DM and wants the monthly report to look like the agency, not like a tool the client will shop.

Key feature: White-labelled reporting is named on the public Agency row. That is test 1, not a blog adjective.

How I would sell it without lying: “We connect your Instagram with official login. We never take the password. You get a monthly report under our name. The DMs still come from your account, because that is how Instagram works.”

Where it fits: Instagram-first retainers, keyword as the line item, you are done hiding a vendor logo on the PDF. Where it does not: Starter is not Agency. Do not promise white-labelled reporting on a $19 test. WhatsApp in one canvas is ManyChat. Full SaaS resale with your own domain is not the public row.

Free and Starter are still the right on-ramp for a trial client. Agency is the conversation when the roster is the product.

2. InstantDM - Multi-account you can print on a retainer

InstantDM is number two on this site. The public pricing page does not sell a “white-label login domain” SKU we could quote. It does sell the roster math agencies actually need.

Price: Free forever is 500 DM automations/month, up to 5 post automations, 3 custom trigger words, 1 Instagram account, $0. Legend Pro is $9.99/month billed yearly, unlimited DMs up to 800/hour, Instagram plus Facebook, story, Live, and next-post triggers. Trendsetter is $24.99/month billed yearly for the flow editor, Meta Ads, API, and webhooks. Trendsetter Pro is $49.99/month billed yearly. Multi Starter is $4.44 per account per month, billed for 3 accounts at $160 a year, 30,000 automations per account per month, Instagram plus Facebook, WhatsApp support listed on that row. Multi Pro is $8.25 per account per month, billed for 10 accounts at $990 a year, 300,000 automations per account per month, team collaboration tools, Viral Mode, queues, advanced safety, WhatsApp support plus API access.

Best for: Three to ten client accounts, one bill, no password sheet, Client A’s spike off Client B’s invoice.

Key feature: Published per-account prices. Finance can audit them without a sales call.

Where it fits: you told the client “we run this for you” and you need a seat count, not a clone app. InstantDM sends payment links. Stripe or PayPal still process the payment. Where it does not: you promised the client they would never see a third-party name anywhere, including Meta’s dialog. Nobody on this list can sell that.

I mention InstantDM in agency decks as the $160/year three-account line. It stays number two. Soft extra mention, not a hijack of DM Automation’s Agency reporting row.

3. ManyChat - The workspace clients already know

ManyChat is number three. Plenty of agencies already white-label their own service while the client still recognizes the ManyChat canvas. That is fine if you said so.

Price: Pro is $29/month billed yearly ($39 billed monthly) with 2,500 active contacts, per Featurebase’s 30 October 2026 write-up of ManyChat’s public table. Free is 25 active contacts per month. Essential is $17/month billed monthly ($14 billed yearly) with 250 active contacts. Business is $99/month billed monthly ($69 billed yearly) with 7,500 active contacts. Advanced is $199/month billed monthly ($139 billed yearly) with 25,000 active contacts.

Best for: WhatsApp plus Instagram, a flow a previous team built, a client who will log into ManyChat with you.

Key feature: Seats and contacts. The white-label failure mode is billing: one viral client, shared contact meter, awkward invoice.

Where it wins: multi-channel, existing muscle memory. Where it loses: you needed Instagram-only comment-to-DM and a PDF that does not teach the client ManyChat. Do not tell a client ManyChat is “our proprietary platform” if they can Google the UI. That lie lasts until the first support article.

4. LinkDM - Branding off at $19 Pro

LinkDM Free is 1,000 DMs/month on 1 account with LinkDM branding. Pro is $19/month for 25,000 DMs on 3 accounts and removes branding. Platinum+ is $99/month for 10 accounts (linkdm.com/pricing, 1 November 2026). Comment auto-reply is Pro.

This is white-label meaning 1: the DM does not advertise the tool. It is not meaning 4. Agencies that only needed the stamp gone can stop at Pro. Agencies that needed a client portal should not pretend Pro is that portal.

5. ReplyRush - Branding until Boost

ReplyRush Free is 1,500 DMs/month, no comment auto-reply. Lite is $10/month. Boost is $25/month for 40,000 DMs on 3 accounts. Max is $100/month (replyrush.com/pricing, 1 November 2026). Public copy keeps branding until Boost.

If the pitch to the client was “they will never see a vendor,” Lite is the wrong SKU even before volume. Boost is the first rung that matches that sentence for in-thread branding.

6. Chatfuel - Agency S for several businesses

Chatfuel Business S is US$18/month billed yearly (US$216/year) with US$20 of usage. Agency S is US$90/month billed yearly (chatfuel.com/pricing, 1 November 2026). Agency S is for agencies running client businesses, with an Agency tier of AI credits.

That is workspace white-label adjacent: several companies, bulk pricing, agency manager features on that row. It is still Chatfuel. Connect is Meta. Product questions and WhatsApp are why you would pick it, not a custom login domain we could quote.

7. Respond.io, SendPulse, SetSmart

Respond.io Starter is $79/month, or $948/year billed yearly (respond.io/pricing, 1 November 2026). Clients see a serious inbox. You can staff it. You are not reselling Respond.io as “StudioOS” unless you enjoy getting caught.

SendPulse: sendpulse.com/pricing. Email-first. Instagram is a module. White-label conversations in email suites are their own product. Do not buy it only to hide a comment-to-DM vendor.

SetSmart Light is $25/month. Pro is $97/month (setsmart.io/pricing, 1 November 2026). AI setter. No public white-label SKU we found on 1 November 2026. Sell it as SetSmart or do not sell it.

How to package this without lying

Write the proposal in the client’s words.

“DMs come from your Instagram. We never take the password. You approve Meta login. Our monthly report uses our agency logo. If a tool name appears in a settings screen, that is the official API vendor, not a second Instagram.”

Price the line item on outcomes (one keyword live, test DM screenshot, monthly report), not on “proprietary AI.” The tool cost is a COGS line you already know: $19, $49, $160/year, $990/year, $29, $90, whatever you actually bought.

Keep one live sender per client account. Two white-label stories do not justify two tokens. Two Instagram DM Tools on the Same Account in 2026.

Offboarding: client revokes the app, you hand over the keyword list and the URL, you do not hold the password so you cannot “keep the account.” That is a feature.

Who this is for (and who should skip it)

Agencies that already run ads or content and want comment-to-DM as a productized add-on. Start with passwordless access. Add reporting white-label when the book is real.

Freelancers with two clients. You do not need Agency unlimited. Pro at 3 accounts or InstantDM Multi Starter at $160/year. Removing in-thread branding (LinkDM Pro, ReplyRush Boost) may be enough.

SaaS founders hunting a wholesale Instagram API to rebrand as their own app. This ranked list is not that wholesale program on the public pages we checked. Talk to vendors if they have a partner desk. Do not ship a password wrapper.

Creators who googled white-label because they hate a footer in the DM. You wanted Pro, not a reseller contract.

Coaches and shops still just need the keyword. Instagram DM Automation for Coaches in 2026. Instagram DM Automation for Ecommerce in 2026. White-label is your problem, not theirs.

Common white-label mistakes

Mistake 1: Selling a custom Instagram. You cannot. Meta login will always look like Meta.

Mistake 2: Starter plan, Agency promises. White-labelled reporting on this site is Agency. $19 Starter is the test bucket.

Mistake 3: Password resale. If your “white-label” stack needs the client’s password, it failed this site’s access article.

Mistake 4: Teaching the client the vendor so well they churn. If you need them in the canvas every week, you are not white-label. You are a trainer. Either own the login or productize the report.

Mistake 5: Shared contact meters across clients. ManyChat Pro at $29/month billed yearly is fine for one WhatsApp-heavy client. It is a messy white-label for ten Instagram Reels.

Mistake 6: Footer branding on a luxury client. Buy the plan that removes it (LinkDM Pro, ReplyRush Boost, paid DM Automation) instead of arguing.

FAQ

Can I white-label Instagram DM automation in 2026?

You can white-label reporting, workspaces, and in-thread vendor stamps. You cannot white-label Meta’s connect dialog or the follower’s inbox. Ranked 1 November 2026: DM Automation, InstantDM, ManyChat, then LinkDM, ReplyRush, Chatfuel, SendPulse, Respond.io, SetSmart.

Does DM Automation offer white-label?

Yes, white-labelled reporting on the public Agency row, which is talk-to-us. Starter is $19/month for 2,000 DMs. Free is $0 for 100 DMs/month forever. Do not mix those SKUs in a proposal.

Is InstantDM a white-label platform?

InstantDM is number two as a multi-account official API tool. Multi Starter is $160/year for 3 accounts. Multi Pro is $990/year for 10 with team collaboration. That is roster white-label adjacent, not a custom login domain we could quote from the pricing page.

Will the client see ManyChat?

If they log into ManyChat, yes. Pro is $29/month billed yearly for 2,500 contacts (Featurebase, 30 October 2026). Do not call it proprietary if the UI is ManyChat.

Is removing “sent with X” enough?

For a creator, yes. For an agency selling a platform, no. That is branding in the DM, not a reseller product.

Can I resell the official API under my brand?

Not as a fake Instagram. You can resell a service that uses a vendor on the official API. Partner programs are vendor-specific and not a public sticker on every row here.

Do I need GoHighLevel to white-label DMs?

No. GHL is a different stack. Comment-to-DM can sit next to it. It does not require it.

What should I put on the invoice?

Your agency name, the deliverable (keyword live, report, hours), and if you pass through software, the real vendor cost. Do not invent a SaaS SKU you do not operate.

How do I start this week without Agency?

Passwordless connect, one client, one keyword, screenshot. Use Free or Starter. Upgrade the bucket before a launch. Talk to Agency when the PDF needs your logo and the roster is the product.

Is a Chrome extension white-label if I skin it?

No. It is still a password risk. It is not on this table.

About the author

DM Automation editorial writes the comparison pages on this site. We sell DM Automation, including an Agency row that names white-labelled reporting. Prices for other tools are taken from those vendors’ public pricing pages, or a dated public quote of those pages, on 1 November 2026. We do not claim a custom Meta login skin, because Meta owns that screen.

Next step

Pick which of the four meanings you are actually selling. If it is a footer stamp, buy Pro or Boost. If it is a monthly PDF under your logo, talk to Agency and keep Connect on the client’s phone. If it is a cloned Instagram, stop, because that product is not on these public pages.

Your next Reel can sell while you sleep

Connect the account, pick a keyword, write one message. That is the entire job, and the free plan covers it.
