Store versus DM specialist
If you need checkout, SuperProfile or Stan Store. If you need a keyword on a Reel, DM Automation or InstantDM. You can use a storefront and a DM specialist together unless the storefront requires you to disconnect other DM apps.
We do not sell a store. InstantDM does not sell a store. ManyChat is still third for WhatsApp.
Branding
A free unlimited DM with someone else's name in the thread is a lead for them as much as for you. Our Free plan is 100 DMs. Starter removes our branding. InstantDM is number two if you want unlimited without a storefront attached.
Regional SuperProfile prices (for example rupee Creator plans) need a live check. Do not mix a rupee page with a USD InstantDM page without converting.
